CNC Programming

Costs are rising and you need a way to tighten your belt. Employees are always the most expensive asset in any company.

CNC programmers were a requirement of the past for companies to endure. People who are often under-utilized for their main skillset, but they are retained on your payroll for moments they might be needed. Why pay a programmer for their idle time? Employed programmers often become lethargic or single minded towards how programs are created, and processes are implemented. It is human nature to slow down and find a comfortable pace, but that pace is detrimental to your bottom line. Our services offer the chance to cut the cord on inhouse programming and shift to our private collective. We offer EIA(G-code) programming to handle your manufacturing tasks. Once a CNC program is created, it is yours forever. Our cost includes ownership of the program. Each job is studied for your workholding, machinery available, and tooling on hand. We will then decide the best course of machining operations and create your program.

All of our programs are written in G-code to ensure compatibility across almost every machine. G-code is the most widely used language in CNC manufacturing. G-code programs guarantee our programs will function on your equipment. You can read more about conventional vs. conversational programming language [Here].

Our most common machines to program for are : Renishaw probes, Mazak, Hurco, and Haas 4 axis vertical mills, Mazak horizontal mills, 2 and 3 axis Okuma lathes with live tooling, 2 axis tormach lathes, x-carve routers, and a Makino EDM hole popper. Over my career I have programmed a wide variety of machines including Kia, Mori-Seiki, Matsuura, Fadal, Brother, Citizen, retrofits, robotic pickers, and more.
